Clearing certificate

The issue here was, my last installMent with Nda was 20 June 2025 now I receive an Sms that I will be debited again I don't know what for as the Reference used is for my car I don't know what am I paying for the car is alredy under my name, and am not owing Nda anything any more, problem number 2.am suppose to get clearing certificates 21 days from the day of my last installment how ever 1 account was not paid off by Nda it ended up on a closed status by the service provider, so now that closed account has to stay on my credit report, I watsapped in for assiatnce, I was advised to provide proof of payment and paid up latter for that service provider, mess build account, how will I get paid up latter because Nda took over to distribute my installments to the service provider, how do I pay my installments and pay service provider as well, then what is the purpose of installment to distributors, am not happy about this and I regret joining Nda is not worth it is a ****. There after I was asked to sign power of attorney last week I did an submit, so now asking for feedback they are telling me that the document is not clear, I resend again via email an asked if the document is fine they say yes, an come to a surprise I sent the very same document, am truly disappointed on this. Still. No response till date.
