Clearence letter

The company have registered me as their client with debt review status. I don't remember signing any documents or communicating with them about assisting me with my debts. I only knew about them when i app**** for vehicle finance . I contacted them to check how did they register me. I couldn't get any explanation. I haven't paid any amount or received any correspond from them in regards to this debt review process they say am registered with them. I requested them to remove me and give me Clarence letter, they want me to get paid up letter from all my credit providers to prove that am not indebted. I suggested that i can give them my latest credit report which show that am debt free but they are insisting on paid up letters. I am struggling to get paid up letters .
