Clearance Certificate delays!!!

I paid my debts in November. I was told my clearance certificate would be back on the 11th of December. The agent who wa helping me didn't say anything on the 11th. I sent her two emails asking politely when I could expect my certificate still nothing. I called and 2 different agents keep telling me to wait 2 weeks. From the 11th of December and I'm still being told to wait more weeks. Do yall even have a clearance commissioner? I'm starting to freak out now because I can't take our any contacts with my name still appearing under debt review.
