Clearance certificate delay 🙄 and same story different times

I'm torn between praising National Debt Advisor for their excellent service and expressing frustration with their clearance certificate process.

On the positive side, their team has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my debt repayment journey. They've been professional, courteous, and always available to answer my questions.

However, I'm extremely disappointed with the clearance certificate process. After making my final payment in January, I was told to expect a 15-21 day waiting period. That's understandable, but it's now from January till Now March and I'm still waiting.

Every time I follow up, I'm told that my certificate is "ready" but waiting for print. It feels like I'm stuck in limbo.

I hope National Debt Advisor can improve their clearance certificate process to match the high standards of their customer service.
