Clearance certificate
i joined NDA in 2016. i have payed all my creditors in january 2020. i have sent all paid up letters to NDA and requested my clearance certificate. they promised it a process of 7 days. after 7days i still haven't received the clearance certificate . i called to make a follow up but no one has an answer they only say they will come back to me but they dont know when exactly. i have done my part they fail to do their part which is to clear my name. is this lawful?
