Clearance certificate

Clearance !!!!!!!! In the beginning of October 2020 i have paid up all that was owing i waited for Tonya prins to get all my paid up letters so we can proceed they had said that the creditors were not answering there calls i personally had to phone and get paid up letters in a day i then forwarded through .... so NDA can proceed with my clearance certificate boy was i wrong i phoned them on friday 20/11/2020 to check on the progess of the clearance the ladie told me that i missed two payments September and October i told her that its impossible because i received paid up letters (meaning that the creditors agree that i paid my debt) ....i have a consultant nkosi wendy that has been helping she has tried her best thats why the one blady star but today 23/11/2020 i gave them a call and she tells me that they still havent received a paid up letter im frustrated and these blady people wont give me to a manager now what do i do ......... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE .........
