Clearance Certificate

In 2017 I contact national debt advisors for them to assist me with getting my debts under review,

Now I have paid up all my debts and I now need to a clearance certificate from them so that I can get my credit record cleared And my name of review, but this Councillor keeps giving me the run around, I contacted them since 5th May 2020, for me to receive my clearance certificate.

But since the day I logged a ticket with them they keep stay matter has been escalated to their annual review department but it seems as though it hasn't riches them, because everyday of the week my they send me an email saying my ticket has been resolved with any contact been made with me or communicating with me to say your ticked is revolved because this and that. They close my ticket without resolving it.

All I need is my clearance certificate that's it but their giving poor service that's expensive. Without giving me what I request I understand they might be having a back log on applications but tell said it takes about 5- 10 days for me to get my clearance certificate, now its been more than 21 working days. And they indicated that their part of essential services meaning their open during the lock down.
