Clearance certificate
After paying all my debt and getting paid up letters from the lawyers myself. Which I did all the work in getting the lawyers to update my profile on credit bureau. I still have to beg them to send out the information to my debtors in clearing my name at NCR. And wait for the clearance certificate which I was told the individual who can assist me is off sick so if that person is sick for a month I will for them. Not mentioning the rude consultants you have to deal with whenever you call for feedback. I will not recommend this process for anyone
