CAN'T WAIT TO BE DONE WITH THEM!!!!

They are very bad at communicating with their clients, they change debit order dates every month and treat us like we are bad. I have to call them every month after my debit date because somehow they want to debit funds on the day I don't have them. It's really annoying and being passed to different departments just to fix this is too much. I honestly can't not wait to no longer be a client of theirs!!!!
