Cancellation Request

Good day South Africans,

I want to warn you to please don't ever join the the debt advisor or any of the company dealing with debt Councillor/advisors. If in future you wont be able to pay you stacked with them for the rest of your life and you wont ever be able to apply for credit in future, see below the points they stated when i tried cancelling my contract with them, of which in this day of life who is able to live without credit? And worse of part of it they wont tell that you won't cancel until u paid up your debts even if you are unable but they have an email for cancellations. See below their pointers before you even think of joining their response.

In order to cancel the debt review program you have the following options :

· Appoint yourself an attorney to access you and apply for a declaration order.

· Pay up all your account in full in order to receive a clearance certificate. .Should you miss 3 consecutive payments , you may be deemed not be complying with the debt counsellor and the debt counsellor may suspend the debt review services. Once debt review services are suspended and we issue the 17.w you may not apply for further credit.

The creditors may enforce your credit agreements through legal action , which may ultimately result in you being summoned to court , a judgment being listed on your credit report and a garnishee order being issued if no payments are received.

And this they don't advice you when you sign the contract.

Kind Regards, Tshepiso Mogojoe
