Cancellation of debt review process

I app**** for debt review begining of may and was taken through the process of how it is going to work. Thembisa and Leroy were assisting me, at this moment I do not have any feed back on how far has it gone. I only received an sms that R7500 will be deducted on the 30th of may. I have sent both of them an email but no one has rep**** and the contact number for their office is not going through. Ive tried to send an email to the cancellations department, the email did not go through. I would really like to cancel the whole process.
