CANCELATION EMAIL

Good day I'm really not impressed, I canceled the services with you guys last month January, I asked for a cancelation email, as I received the funds to pay my accounts, I was told I'll be receiving one and still nothing at all. I do not want to pay my accounts then NDA still deducts, I asked and whatsapped, I was told that I'm going to receive a email I am still waiting / I declined the debit order from you guys I'm not calling again for a cancelation email I need this email as soon as possible.

I asked the guy that assisted me via whatsapp and email and over the phone for the email and no response / after days I was asked why do I wanna cancel I shouldn't stress my accounts will be paid, what **** is this, If you working for a dam company thats Not how to reply to a person /individual that wants to cancel the services.
