Be wary!

It has been a week-long wait. In July 2023 I was contacted by their "legal" representative, Jodi Meyer, who threatened me with legal action and demanded a settlement of legal fees. The amount was settled. After receiving some advice, I submitted a callback form on their website to query the account initiated in 2022, where not a single debit was made and required me to rearrange payment agreements with my debtors. My accounts ended up being handed over for non-payment. I spoke to Ambrose (sp), after holding the line for 1hr15mins, who assured me a consultant from the servicing department would give me a call. I am still waiting for the call. It turns out the company did not follow through with the necessary arrangements with my debtors - issuing a 17.1 form. Yet, continued to list my profile under Debt Review. To this day I have not been contacted. When I asked to be contacted to query the status of the account, a series of Robocaller numbers started calling me. Do Not Waste Your Time!
