Bad Service

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against one of your consultant by the name Ashlene Gilbert. On Thursday i called and spoke to her regarding my account and i had ask her to send me an updated reports in some of my accounts and received some and didn't receive the most important one. i immediately send her an email which i needed clarity on to no respond. I then send a follow up email again on Friday requesting the remaining details to no respond still. i needed her to explain the amounts that i had received as they were different from my monthly statement and didn't receive any feedback till this day. I find it highly unprofessional for not receiving what i had requested and worse no respond to my email. I will not accept such!
