BAD SERVICE

I have been with NDA for 2years now, my last D/O went off in April 2018 that.I went online to check the status of my account and there was still an out standing amount of R78 which is for aftercare fees for the next month & I dont understand why coz I have settled my accounts.I sent an email to ZIANA to inquire about aftercare fees charged for the next month yet I have settled my accounts also to query if my creditors have sent the paid up letters since she is my advisor.I have been sending her emails or requesting to speak to her since March 2018 she has not yet responded to my calls or emails.I just need to be cleared from ITC as promised.no one @ NDA is doing a follow up on my account to ensure paid up letters are received and the clearing process is starting.do I have to wait for another 2years to be cleared from ITC or what,coz I have done My part but NDA is not keeping their end of the bargain
