Bad Customer service

After I have joined nda. I have always experience poor service. The agents are some of the agents are rude and on top lack respect forgetting that I am their client. the funny thing is I have all the call recording with the even if they denied that those can be provided app-on request. I think Before join any debt management I would never consider them. they miss manage my money. In a multiple time provided with proof that one of my accounts was paid up. the ignored that fact and went on to to pay it. After some time of trying to amend the issue with them I realize the amount that was refunded by the debtor was also charge after care fees and distribution costs. So my conclusion is what is the point of joining a debt councilor who reaches are made up from people under debt .Instead of focusing on finishing your account rather they sort them selves out of your money. This organisation is completely useless with a stuff members that are ******** and useless.
