Bad choice made years ago still affecting my life today
I've app**** for Debt review a few years back and then cancelled it within 7 days. I've since struggled to get a letter stating I am not under debt review. I am unable to get through on any contact numbers on the website and I've even tried to fill in one of those 'please contact me pages' on the website with no feedback. It is still reflecting on my credit record that I app**** for debt review even though I've managed and paid off most of my accounts in the meantime, which I feel is a very unfair consequence of bad service from NDA.
