Bad business ethics and lack of empathy to your clients

I will be taking this matter to the Ombudsman. They have **** because they just go ahead and do things without your permission. They are now claiming that the person who assisted us is not working with them anymore. The advisors will call you harassing clients insisting that you rated him Very good. If you want to cancel they will tell you that you need to pay a cancellation fee without receiving any service. They only called us 2 weeks back and we were waiting for confirmation as promised by the adviser .
