At my wits end

I used this company because I was tired of my debt I just wanted freedom then covid hit an I couldn't afford to pay which I emailed and told them fast forward to 2023 I have been paying my debt one by one and sending proof of payments so that I can get my name cleared an everytime is something new or the proof of payment doesn't have account number on,I then went ahead and got helped from clear debt they also took long to help me eventually end of 2023 they sent me a form to take to a lawyer.Everything sorted or so I thought they now need national debt advisors to give my case to them now national debt advisor is wanting a 2300rand to transfer my case but in those month nobody mentioned anything as I would've paid it because I had to leave my job of 8 years to settle all my debt which in total was just 30k but being a single parent I faced alot of challenges as does every south african out there. I just want help an a decent explanation why I am being taken for a ride?? Debt is like carrying the world on ur shoulders an one of the main causes for suicide,stress and strokes heartfailures because there are decent people that wants to pay like me but how do I compete with economy an life in general??? I took my whole pension fund and paid all my debt who would do that other person would be ***** the debt I want to splash my money but I prayed long an hard because I want to be removed from debt review I want to live a normal life an buy me an my child a house one day. I need help really is there any good people in the world????
