Angry and disgusted

Cebisile called me and tell me how god they are doing by helping people with their debts and i have been chosen to be one that they can help. then he send me some form to sign i did that only to find that i am not going to be given credit any more in my life which is impossible to life with. then i send a cancellation letter to cancel i phone and i spoke to Nolwazi who told me that if i send a letter it can only take 10 minutes to cancel. i have done that then i phone again i spoke to Sibongile Rulumeni who told me that it will take 15 working days. i think and belief is unprofessional for people whom are working in the same company to provide clients with different information i am very dissapointed and i belief people must know about this company that their service is poor. if i am not getting help from this mess they have cost for me i will make sure everyone knows about them.
