All went well

All went well. They were very helpfull. It is only the last part was a bit fustrating, between pay up and getting all the required paid up letters (bank turn around times) The only negative issue is that i paid up all my accounts in beginning of September. The normal premium was deducted from me end september. Process was put in place to refund me in 10 working days, but i am still waiting for the refund
