Absolutely **** service

These people have the worst service ever, they are supposed to handle the debt review process from start to finish within the set out time and it is their duty supposedly to ensure all the debt is paid up by the end of the process then all of a sudden after waiting for 21 days for the clearance certificate to be released by the NDA they now come and say there is still 2 accounts with outstanding balances after I was told that at the end of May it would have been the last payment made. I have statements from the payment distrubution company showing 0 balances for those accounts and now they say I owe almost R7000 still for those accounts that they were supposed to make sure is paid every month, then Janine Olivier says to me the last statement they received for one account was July 2019 so it means they are not doing their job like it was agreed.
