Absolute shocking service......... very bad business

I joined NDA in Jan 2016 because a telesales person called mishack which was great at his job sold it to me which gave me relief, after paying R10600 in legal and administration fees which i had no problem i started dealing with Zaraah which was also a lovely person to get my settlement amount which after a few phone calls was sorted but then the problems started........ firstly their system kept deduting R21000 rand from my account a few times then i phone them, no they say its cancelled but who pays the bank charges not them>>>>>>>>>>>!!!!! i have to keep filling the acount because it is going into arrears, i have even phoned my attourney to speak to with empty promises of what happening and now even i get a message from the bank that another R1500 will be deducted when i call them told me i must reverse it so another bank charge!!!! but what? they don't care, and then i phone back to get feedback some grumpy team leader tells me that the management will get back to me before 5pm on 05/05/2016 and guess what no call back not only does the team leader take me seriously but even the management of NDA are too busy counting turnover than actually looking after people that can't afford even R2 extra charge on bank and trying to make better living by going on this scheme, it is a shame that they take people for such a costly ride and no service can be given. I would have not written to hello peter if there was just followed up so i know what going on because it is my living and my livelihood at stake here not there's...
