I did an application and wanted to cancel it on the same day the Lady who assisted refused..Zintle says she told me that on the recording I can't cancel which she didn't because I do have the recordings..... She is rude she won't answer you. I need the cancelation confirmation.... Just in a day I can't cancel in law you have 5days to cancel or not........

The agent tells me it's not her job to inform me I must know before anything why are things recorded. She proceeded with an application knowing so well that I want to cancel how can things be done in one day..... Is this how you guys train your sale advisor Zintle Maqondose is very rude.. And I want that application to be canceled..... I have proof that I informed her in time she decided to do as she pleases, I have screenshot of our conversation if she doesn't do the right thing I'm taking it more futher.
