3 months of waiting

I have been due to receive my paid up letters as well as my certificate of debt clearance almost 3 months ago. Each time I call in I am assured that it will be sorted out and I will receive the paperwork. Surprise 3 months later and I am still waiting. But dispute a closed ticket and they are very quick to respond!
