NATIONAL DEBIT ADVICE UNHAPPY

Good day 2017, I app**** with NDA, but was unhappy with their services so I canceled my application. I been paying my debits off my self slowly. Today I app**** for a Bond of which I can qualify but due to NDA I cannot I contacted NDA, they claim they can not take my name off until I send my paid up letters. Why? Becos I no longer use their services since 2017. So I am held hostage by NDA can't qualify for anything. What must I do becos I am not using their services...Is there someone who can help me PLEASE I BEG.
