Non-existent aftersales service

<div>National Crete advertises their business to "satisfy clients with a durable and sophisticated floor finish. They also claim : " It's imperative to have office facilities in this industry to ensure a aftersales service should you need to get hold of the installers-please be careful to use installers you cannot get hold of afterwards". On the grounds of this promise we decided to go with National Crete. There is also according to the agreement&nbsp; a one year warranty , after installation.</div><div>We paid them in full upfront and have met all their requirements as stipulated in the contract inatallation's "terms and conditions".</div><div>We have a problem with the finished product.&nbsp; They promised to look into the matter and suggested that they will look into the matter during October 2016 -three months after installation. Since then we could not get hold of the manager/owner, ****. She secretary also always promises to forward the message that we urgently need him to contact us.</div><div>**** and his company keep ignoring us.</div><div>&nbsp;</div>
