Poor service with no feedback

I have app**** for debt review flag removal last year November and they were too fast to respond, until I paid them the money. Then they went AWOL. When you try and call their number, it does not get through. A week before last I went to the chat box and chatted with Cee-Cee, who said that my email will move to a higher priority. It was said that i should receive an email soon, of which I didn't. Honestly i feel that I was ****med because no one is coming back to me and here i am, sitting with a frustration of debt review flag of a de-registered debt counsellor.
