Zero help from our National Credit Regulator

On Friday 6th October 2023 I was *****ulently put under debit review by a company called Credit Correction. I reported it the NCR on 16th October hoping they would see this as urgent as all my accounts were blocked, credit card, access bond etc. but to date they have done absolutely nothing! They don't answer their phones, don't reply to mails and certainly don't care that my world has been turned upside down and five months later I am no closer to a solution as I was the day I first reported this to them. In the meantime Credit Correction is happily going about their business conning thousands of other people and getting away it and the NCR are allowing this to happen. My partner has wasted countless hours trying to help me sort this out but all he gets is empty promises from a gentleman called Tokazani who really needs to be re-trained to deal with matters more professionally.
