Very traumatised about my experience

Received a call this morning from one of ur team the guy really harassed me telling me that I can't speak or understand English he would like to suggest onother language for me that's very offending it is my right to not accept or agree with any of the the things that he was mentioning. I have never got a call like that before always ur staff is so respective and polite this guy need a proper training.
