Very poor and displeasing service which I am still struggling to get my matter solved guess no one cares there.

<p>I have been struggling to get my name from Debt Review from a Debt Counsoller Mr Marvin Van De Heuvel which I cant find or get hold off. To clear my name he worked at a company Personal Debt Solutions which I found out no longer exist. I contacted transunion and they refered me to the NCR which I came in contact with a Mr Morris Maluleke after phoneing numerous times before getting through, He told me he will assist me and send him a mail which I so did. I phoned him for feed back which after another struggle just to get hold of him their telephones are just ringing he told me that he handed my matter over to some one I must fone him back on the friday which I did and I never got hold of him again I send him e mails no response from him I phoned their switchboard which is a hell of a struggle becuase their phones are just ringing or some one picks up and they just transfer you which it just rings one way wasting my whole airtime. I lodged a dispute to their complaints when I foned to follow up a Mr tshepo told me it can take a whole month and which is not what I heard if they dont report back to you after 7 days which never happend I send complaints to their other colleaques which a Ms Mmadikwa Phoshoko rep**** to me that they never received my complaint which I send her proof back that my complaint was send through on 19 August 2016 already she never responded back to me again. Which is getting really frustrating I send a complaint through to their CEO Ms Nomi Mosthegare which I also had no respond back whats so ever is this people doing their job or they just having a holiday at the NCR what is a person to do this is effecting my whole credit status and I cant get hold of the Debt Counsellor who just vanished in to thin air which is suppose to give me clearance letter and the NCR is the only one that can help me now and they give people service like this which is really stressfull I send them numerous emails and complaints and proof of my matter they just dont respond or seem to take people seriouslly what a disgrace.</p>
