Useless to react to spam/unsolicited calls from one of their accredited service providers.

<p>I received a automated dialling marketing call from thedeptexperts.co.za situated in Goodwood Capetown. First I had to track the number via ECN communications too their website. Unsolicited calls from ********** belonging to The Debt Experts in Goodwood Cape Town.</p> <p>I wrote the NCR.</p> <p>Sent: 08 June 2017 01:29 PM<br /> To: Complaints; ********** ********** ********** /> Subject: Unsolicited calls from ********** belonging to The Debt Experts in Goodwood Cape Town<br /> </p> <p>Good day,</p> <p>I would like to report the following persons/company for unsolicited calls, and as per emails below, violations of the following acts:</p> <p>1. unsolicited communication in terms of section 45 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (Act 25 of 2002)(ECTA)</p> <p>2. section 11 of the Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008)(CPA)</p> <p>3.
