Useless Service & doesn’t help

I wish I could give a Zero star. Useless - they don’t answer calls and if they do, their agents drop the call on your ear. This is a government agency that was meant to assist us when we are being de*****ed by creditors but it doesn’t seem to be doing that. Quite frustrating and Should just close down .
