good afternoon To whom it may concern I am writing this email to raise a concern with regards to my name being blacklisted ( Corina Khuto - ), during the year 2006 - 2008 i was advised by counsellor Peter Ndlovu, NCRDC 412 to go under debt reviewTwo weeks later the company closed that Peter worked for and i settled all my debts including an account for Geen and Richards which also liquidated In 2019 it was brought to my attention that my name was still listed as being under debt review, i then app**** to the NCR to have my name removed as i have settled all my outstanding debts, i have also emailed all my settlement letters reflecting all the payments i have made I was referred to any of the debt counsellors by the NCR for a fee of R150, when i contacted the counsellors they demanded a fee of R7000 in order to have my name removed as well as a clearance certificate showing that my name was removed I emailed the quotes received to the NCR showing the fees being demanded, i received an email from the NCR providing an alternate list of debt counsellors, one of them being Debt Busters They assisted me from the 20th november 2020 until yesterday the 16 March 2021 and informed me that they were unable to assist me further as they do not have 17.1 application as well as a credit record reflecting any outstanding debts, they also informed me that they cannot find Peter Ndlovu to assist them with all my information i contacted the NCR on the 17th March 2021, i was told that they are also unable to assist me as they dont not have any records reflecting my debt review It is my dying wish that my name be removed from the blacklist as i am having difficulty obtaining any credit from any financial institution and it has affected my children being admitted into a school and they are unable to school at this present moment and are being self taught at home Kindly provide me with a solution as i do not know what more i need to do in order to have my name removed, i have paid all my debts yet find myself in this most undesirable situation
