The 5 months wait continues

I found out that I had have been put on debt review in the beginning of July when I was trying to secure a loan for my company. I called NCR to enquire and I found the name and contact numbers of the company that did it. I called and reached them on a mobile number, it was a one person company in Cape Town, I asked them to provide the proof of my consent and they could not. I called the company that they said I was owing and they provided me with documents that bore false information and a false signature. I provided this proof and all contact information and I was issued a reference number C55333 and later is was informed via email by the senior complaints officer Thabisa Yeki that my matter is being attended to and that they were now communicating with the party that listed me, she sent me this in a letter dated 10 September 2021. I haven't heard anything from anyone from NCR since then, in the mean time I've had to step down and resign from all the companies that I have a directorship in so that they may be able to function and my livelihood has been extremely affected.
