TERRRIBLE SERVICE!

My husband and I have been having issues with our current debt counselor so we lodged formal complaints with the NCR on 17.11.2022 via email. To date we have not received reference numbers for our complaints. Their phones do not work, I have 3 different numbers, they do not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. How are we supposed to have our issues resolved if this is what you have to deal with to get some assistance. They are just as bad as the debt councilor we laid the complaint against.
