Suspecting *****

My application was rejected last year February/March and I was told I would be refunded except for R550 which is non refundable. I've been communicating with Vuyokazi Khumo and when I call the finance department to refund me the money they say I should send her an email and she will get back to me and she never does. It's about a year now chasing this issue with no luck because when I call trying to seek help from someone else they refer me back to that lady who seems to have zero interest to help me
