I called NCR because I was *****ulently signed up for Debt review which I couldn't have possibly done because I work for a legal firm. Called and asked for the documents I signed to see what they are talking about upon receiving the document I instantly realised that the signature is not mine and I rep**** and told them it's not my signature and if they can please provide me with the recording of the arrangement they failed to provide it the call centre agents don't even know customer service she didn't have answers for me instead of saying she will get back to be she hung up. Getting in contact with them has been a nightmare and at this point I am considering the Ombudsman now because this is a risk to my career and my whole credit profile
