Simply pathetic service

I am at a loss for words . Since Monday the 16th April 2018 I have been trying to remove my name with FNB , as they still have me listed as under debt review which was removed in 2012 with all other bureaus . I have checked with the NCR and they have confirmed with me telephonically that I am no longer under debt review and neither am I listed with the NCR as being under debt review yet FNB still has my Name as listed which has effected me in getting any kind of Finance.

My records are older than 8 years so Debit council direct has destroyed my records and cannot provide the paperwork that FNB need which they say is a F17.4 form to release me from this. I was told that only the NCR can assist me now get this removed from FNB . I am I am still waiting an outcome and this has been a week already.

I need someone to assist and sort this out as I have been trying with FNB and I have had a contact at ITC who was assisting me with the NCR but I get nothing out of anyone and I am now beyond frustrated with this whole situation which include the NCR Debit council direct FNB No one is assisting me and each continue to pass the buck to the other.

This service is pathetic and I although I am a small drop in the pool I will take my business from FNB after this as they have not assist me one bit and I don't know what more to do to get assistance.

I NEED THIS RESOLVED !
