Service is pathetic

I have been placed under debt review by Lamara Asia and even after canceling with her still hasn't cleared my name . While trying to find out all this info as it took place in 2013 ,I couldn't recall with whom I was under debt review with. I tried contacting the NCR but they line keeps ringing and eventually when a consultant answers they can't access that info and say they will call you back. It's a month later and still no call back from 5 different consultants. Then a debt review company calls me and I inform them I already am under debt review and trying to clear my name ,this awesom consultant from Durban provides me with all the info I need and helpful advice in under 5min . It's seriously frustrating ,sad,poor service we receive . Not even a call back or acknowledgement to say we are still busy we will get back to you, nothing!!!!!!iv sent numerous emails and tried calling and I just can't get through. Is there higher power we can speak to to get this matter sorted. All I want/need is a clearance certificate as my accounts are paid and I have paid up letters. Please help!!!!
