Request Withdrawal Letter or Certified Form 19

I've been trying for weeks to get hold of NCR but there is no response from them. Their line is not going through, always network congestion. They do not respond to my emails.

I was advised by XDS to request a withdrawal letter or certified form 19 from NCR to be a Debt Review Cleared (Clearance Certificate). I have a Paid-Up Letter to prove that I have settled my accounts.

I need financial freedom. Please assist.
