Remove me from Debt Review

I am sick and tired of going back and forth calling, emailing from one place to another to get an answers as to who put me under debt review, I've emailed and called the NCR and no can help, whatever they asked me to do and I do it, but all I get from them is nothing. I need help I want the the debt review status to be removed from my name. I never app**** for debt review I never spoke to anyone to be placed under debt review, I found out that Randwise NCRDC 1238 placed me under debt review in 2011 I called them from there it moved to another debt counselor named Lee-Ann Sansom then I hear I'm with Octogen. I can't proceed buying a house because of the debt review status on my name. I've sent through my credit report to show I am listed under debt review. I will email Ms Nomsa Motshegar or I will take legal action should if I don't get any result from this point on. I am done sending email or calling anyone. Go an check my emails I am sure you will find a lot of emails.

Please I need help!!!
