Reference number - c50748 with NCR - BAD SERVICE SO FAR

My partner was under Debt review which he managed to settle all his accounts last year and received all the settlement letters from the service providers that he owed. The debt company that was helping was - LinMar Debt Solutions (we were dealing with Jeminah NCRDC1507,LinMar Debt Solutions,Tel ********** 985,Fax ********** ,Email ********** which failed to provide us with the withdrawal letter. we then took the matter to NCR which told us they will assist. We are sending emails and even calling but with no luck, its now over 21 days with no concrete information of the way forward. we are in the process of buying a house and now we cant apply without the withdrawal letter. Kindly assist as we dont know where to go anymore. Our reference number with NCR is Ref c50748. We dealing with Sabelo Myeni who is not that helpful as he always says he will come back to us but nothing. We not sure what is taking so long as he doesnt even explain to us whats taking so long to assist us.
