Reckless lending

Good day

please note that I logged a complain for reckless lending and it's been 1 month and couple of weeks with no feedback of resolutions.

I have tried several times to call the call centre number with no luck.if the line is not disconnected the agent dropped the call while trying to transfer me to complaints office.whom I have been trying to get feedback from with no luck.i spoke to him Monday and he said he will provide me with feedback till today am still waiting.
