reckless lending

I wrote to NCR requesting assistance with service providers that are not traceable/ unknown on my credit record.They worked on y case and they also failed to find them.what puzzled me is this service provider are registered with NCR but they can find them and tried numerous time to reach out to them but they did not closed or removed those accounts of my record.however they referred me to trabunal with no information what will happen.I then reach out to trabunal they cant help me with any this expect NOTICE OF INCOMPLETE FILING.till today.

It been over 6 months now trying to get this matter resolved NCR has failed me as customer and failed.i have wrote to hello peter 3 times but they don't take my matter serious
