Putrid service from the NCR

I've been waiting for over a month for the NCR to at least step in and help with regards to Debt Rescue not doing their job , Debt Rescue has not paid my creditors as far back as 9 months, I have copied their complaints department in numerous emails and not a single word was said.

I am now faced with back paying creditors ,yet I've always been paying my account with Debt Rescue.

Why is the NCR not doing anything about the bad practices of debt rescue.

Why are they still accredited?

Why is nobody helping me?

Why am I in so much trouble with all this debt and I've been paying Debt Rescue?

Why is the NCR not even replying to any of my emails?
