Poor Service from NRR

NCR did not respond to my emails, I had requested to provide me with clearance certificate confirming that my name had been removed on debt review.The debt conselling company gave the all documents confirming that I not indebted as I was wrongfully put on debt review.Please tell NCR to update and quicken the process.
