Poor service and assistance

For the past 3 months i have been battling to get my name off Debt review - i cancelled my agreement with my debt counselor and have been paying my debt independently directly with my credit providers, i have contacted the NCR a number of times to advise them to remove my name from debt review with no success to date. they advised me to contact my debt counselor but i have since not been able to get hold of these people as i am under impression they have closed down (Cant find them on the internet or any of the numbers i was provided to contact them) Fincure is the name.

Being sent from post to pillar is not an ideal experience to get this resolved and ontop of that the call center agents at the NCR is not very friendly- they treat you with no respect!

i Honestly dont no what to do anymore just to simply remove my name from Debt review!!!!
