Please remove my flag and update my credit data, please update.

A few years ago I was under debt review and managed to settle all my accounts and received a clearance certificate. I contacted Transunion and they told me that the flag was off but to my surprise I just received a phone call telling me that a debt review flag is still on my name can I please get assistance with this and while we are at it can you please update my credit history, there are 2 companies Atlas Finance and Blink Finance that I paid off in March, I have the paid up letters and there is one I am currently paying and not in arrears but it shows everywhere that I owe these 3 companies and I am behind which is not true, I contacted the companies and they say they can't do anything but escalate the matter to all the rating credit bureaus and a lot of people are struggling to get credit because these bodies including NCR are not updating the system and data. Please help
