Pathetic, Useless, Complete Waste of time , money & energy. Why bother having a Regulator that doesn't do anything.

Absolute Joke. Why do they even bother, with consumer protection and acts when the department is not interested at all to actually do something. Its an absolute farce and a utter waste of resources. Incompetence galore. They should be dispanded as there is absolutely no use for an agency that doesnt do their job anyway.
